Please make sure you have adhered to the following,
You have stored your home page file directly inside the folder 'httpdocs'
(not httpsdocs) and it is called 'index.htm' or 'index.html'
When naming files/pictures you use lowercase format, i.e. 'index.htm' not 'Index.htm'
or 'INDEX.HTM', plus your programming code (hyperlinks) must follow this
format too.

Do I have access to update my
website 24 hours a day?
Yes, your website is available for you to update at any time, via the
popular ftp process.
-
Once I've uploaded my files,
how long does it take before they will display?
Once you've uploaded your new files the changes should be displayed
immediately.

I can't connect to my FTP
area.
Please make sure you adhere to the following,
1. All new accounts from first being activated take approximately 24 - 48
hours to propagate into the whole of internet and until this period has
elapsed you will not be able to connect successfully.
2. When you are entering your username and password this is being done in
lower case format not UPPER
3. You have not used any spaces either side of your username or password.
4. If you have a firewall or anti-virus program they recognise the URL
(website address) as been friendly.
